Our team of experienced layout specialists carefully cut and prepare material samples to be machine mounted with extreme precision cutting accuracy. Our in-house engineers have created leading edge equipment that allows Bredemeier to produce products of unparalleled quality and appearance.
Most samples are mounted on one of our 7 automated card line machines or using one of our 5 automated tag/memo machines; however, handmade or custom pieces are produced as well. All finished products are hand inspected and/or computer optically scanned using our Bredemeier vision QC inspection system to ensure quality and accuracy.
