Bredemeier is one of the few swatch card manufacturers that produce Island and Windowed swatch cards using full automated swatching machines. What this means to you is a perfect card every time where the samples are perfectly aligned top to bottom and side to side. FABRIC SWATCH CARDS:
Bredemeier works with all types of fabric in swatching our Island and Windowed cards. We specialize in all contract fabrics as well as materials used in the home furnishings industry as well as drapery and upholstery material. All samples are first paperbacked and cut to final sample size using our highly accurate Swiss cutting machines. Edge treatment can be straight edged or pinked and we create the custom layout based on the number of samples being swatched. We can produce cards up to 33” in width and we can swatch up to 88 samples on one 8 ½ x 11 card.
LEATHER SWATCH CARDS:
Bredemeier is the largest Leather sampler in the industry. Our current list of clients represents the major leather suppliers to the contract and residential furniture industries. We are experts at handling leather and cutting and mounting leather to various mediums which include cards, tags, and specialty products. VINYL SWATCH CARDS:
Bredemeier has been sampling Vinyl since it was introduced to the world after WWII. Our first entre’ into sampling vinyl was for the boating industry and then we expanded to produce swatch cards and individual samples for the largest of the Vinyl manufacturers. We produce all type of swatch cards as well as related products to show the various colorways that individual vinyl products come in. We can produce that individually specialized vinyl sampling based on your specific request.
WALLCOVERING SWATCH CARDS:
Bredemeier along with its sister company Marwick Manufacturing, are experts in all sample products related to the Wallcovering industry. We are the largest sample manufacturer for the Residential Wallcovering market and one of the major sample manufacturers to the Contract Wallcovering market. We produce a specialized island swatch cards that is used to represent Wallcoverings materials that incorporate specialized feeler samples. We also produce Wallcovering Books, individual samples, and all other products for the Wallcovering industry.
VENEER SWATCH CARDS:
Bredemeier can work with special Veneer sheets to produce island swatch cards. We cut veneer supplied on thin veneer sheets using our Swiss cutting machines. We mount your samples using our automated swatching equipment which produce a very accurate and visually stunning card. If you are interested in representing real veneer samples of your product we can supply you with a quote to produce the veneer matched sheets that are used for swatch cards as well.
FINISH SWATCH CARDS:
Bredemeier can produce real finish cards with individual colors swatched as island swatches. You provide us with your master color samples and we produce the color sheets and then cut and mount those colors onto a island swatch card. The key is that these are NOT printed colors but individually created sheets for each color and then cut and mounted to the card to give an exact color representation. We can provide you with a quotation to create the sheets and produce your finish card.
